Sunec Hotel - Chiclayo

The hotel is conveniently located near Avenida Balta where you can find many quality restaurants. It's close to the center but not on the central plaza, making it a bit quieter. the breakfast is of good quality and there's a good selection of food and drink. the staff is friendly and helpful, making an effort to communicate with guests despite language barriers. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

Some rooms have poor sound insulation and may be noisy, especially if facing a busy street.

The hotel had FRIENDLY customer service. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We dined out at Hebron Restaurant & Grill, set quite a walk from the venue.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Chiclayo. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Avenida Balta where there are plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. They were very helpful, even assisting me in finding a reliable taxi to visit the museums in Lambayeque. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a rooftop pool and a bar/restaurant with a great view. the experience was top-notch and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Spending my New Year's Eve at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. the central location offered easy access to numerous restaurants and attractions. the comfortable bed and clean bathroom were a great relief after a long day of touring. the breakfast had a great selection and was included in the price. the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

the Wi-Fi was often spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Great location, only a few blocks away from restaurants and the main plaza. Surprisingly quiet room, considering the street noise. Enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, especially the fresh fruit.

The wifi was practically unusable, so don't plan on getting any work done. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and was not cleaned adequately during our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Avenida Balta with lots of quality restaurants. It is also close to the museum in Lambayeque and the hotel restaurant is good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
